Joseph Damore

Mr. Damore received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Thiel College, and a Master of Science Degree in Health Care Administration from The Ohio State University. 

Mr. Damore, a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), has served as the Regent of the ACHE/Central-Michigan Region and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association at The Ohio State University.  He is currently a member of the Board of United Way of Buncombe County, Asheville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and the Board of Trustees of the University of North Carolina-Asheville.   He is also the past Chair of the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and served as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at several colleges at Michigan State University, including the Colleges of Human Medicine, Business and Nursing.  Mr. Damore was named an Emerging Leader in U.S. Healthcare in 1989 by Healthcare Forum magazine.  He also received the Distinguished Citizen Award from the Chief Okemos Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the Thiel College Distinguished Alumnus Award, the Michigan ACHE Regent’s Award for Management Excellence, and the Distinguished Alumni Award from the Ohio State University Graduate Program in Health Care Administration.
