Corey Holloway

Corey Holloway is a student intern for Leadership Asheville at the campus of UNCA.  He is a senior at Western Carolina University, majoring in Communication with a concentration in Training and Development. 

Prior to attending WCU and interning here at Leadership Asheville, Corey graduated from Asheville Buncombe Technical Community College with an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. 

Corey was also a member of the United States Army, serving his last five years in Schofield Barracks, Hawaii as a Combat Medic and Medical Instructor for soldiers preparing for Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.

Corey, his wife Rebecca, and twelve year old daughter Rhee are originally natives of Asheville and have been back in Asheville for almost three years.  Corey is extremely excited about joining Leadership Asheville for the summer and is looking forward to the programs in which he will be taking part.
